Call for Nominations: 2010 CHILD Innovation Awards
Use the forms below to nominate a colleague, principal, district leader, school board member, or yourself for the following prestigious Innovation Awards that will be presented at the CHILD National Conference. Deadline to nominate is March 14, 2010. Copy this sheet as needed for multiple nominations.

• Classroom Champion for Change (PDF)
  This monetary award of up to $1,000 recognizes Project CHILD teachers with at least three years’ experience who stay in the classroom to directly impact children. The award can be given to an individual or a cluster team meeting the criteria.
  
  
• Innovation Administrator of the Year (DOC)
  This award recognizes a school-based administrator who has spearheaded and supported innovation at his/her school.
  
  
• Innovation District Leader of the Year (DOC)
  This award recognizes a district-level administrator or school board member who has championed innovation in his/her district.
