Award Nominations

Nominate a CHILD teacher, principal, district leader, or school board member for the following prestigious awards. The awards will be presented during the IAIE/ISI World Conference in Richmond, Kentucky October 26-29, 2011. Deadline to nominate is Sept. 15. Complete this form as needed for multiple nominations.

 

Sally Butzin Award

This first time monetary award is given in honor of Dr. Sally Butzin, founder of Project CHILD. The award will be given by ISI's Board of Directors to an outstanding teacher or leader who embraces the vision and mission of Project CHILD.

 

Classroom Champion for Change

This monetary award is given to recognize an educational innovator who works in the classroom to directly impact children. The award will be given to an individual meeting the criteria.

 

Innovation Administrator of the Year

This award is presented to a school-based administrator who has spearheaded and supported innovation at the school level.

 

Innovation District Leader of the Year

This award is given to a district-level administrator or school board member who has supported innovation in their district.
