We invite proposals from the introductory through advanced level on topics related to:

  • Classroom Management Strategies and Practices
  • Integrating Science & Social Studies
  • Using Technology to Increase Achievement
  • Web 3.0 and Social Networking
  • Team Building
  • Differentiating Instruction
  • Creating Rigor & Relevance at Stations
  • Tips for First Year CHILD Teachers
  • Subject Area Topics
  • Leadership Models and Strategies

Do you have some great ideas to share? Are fellow teachers always coming to you for advice and ideas on classroom management? Are you leading your school using Professional Learning Teams? Then, please come and share with your colleagues at the CHILD National Conference.

 

All proposals are due no later than February 12, 2010.

 

Evaluation of Proposals

Proposals will be evaluated by the Conference Committee for relevancy to the theme, clarity and usefulness of topic. Acceptance notices and instructions for presentations will be sent by February 26, 2010.


Conference Fees

Presenters will receive a complimentary Saturday conference registration ($125 value) and will be reimbursed up to $50 (with receipts) toward the cost of materials. All presenters will also receive special recognition at the Awards Luncheon.
